Rental Returns, Refunds, and Late Fees 

Rental Orders

By renting a product, you agree to pay the full rental fee which constitutes payment to reserve the rented product(s) for the full rental period selected at checkout, Thereby reserving the product exclusively for your use and prohibiting its rental to other customers during that rental period and fulfillment shipping times.

Rental Period Dates 

  • The arrival date is the date scheduled for your rental item(s) to arrive.
  •  The rental return date is the date you must ship the product back to Auggie. 
  • The rental  cancellation cutoff date is 5 business days prior to your selected arrival date.
  • Should your package arrive past your scheduled arrival date, your rental return due date will be adjusted to accommodate the rental time period you paid for. You will receive an email confirmation of the new return date. 
  • You can find arrival and rental return dates in your order confirmation email and on your packaging slip included with your rental item(s)

Rental Cancellations

  • To request to cancel your rental reservation, select request return at https://shop.tryauggie.com/apps/rentals
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted 5  business days prior to the order arrival date  listed on your order confirmation to be approved for partial refund.
  • You cannot cancel a reservation that has already  been fulfilled. 
  • All cancellations eligible for refund will  incur a cancellation fee of $20 per item that will be removed from the total order amount.

Refunds

  • No refunds once rental has been fulfilled.
  • No refunds for rental reservation cancellations made within 4 business days of the rental arrival date.
  • Cancellations requests made 5 business days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for partial refund.  A cancellation fee of $20 per item will be removed from the total order amount.
  • To find your rental arrival date, select "View your order" in your order confirmation email.

Free Return Shipping

To return your rented products, use the free return label provided in the Auggie packaging. Your package must drop off at the package at the carrier listed on the return label. If you have lost your free return label,go to https://shop.tryauggie.com/apps/rentals and ‘request to return’ or contact orders@tryauggie.com.

Rental Late Fees & Damages

If you do not return one or more Products (other than Products that you purchase) by the Product Return Date, you will be charged non-refundable late fees for the days that we do not receive every Product, up to the full Retail Value of the Product (MSRP value listed on product page).  

  • Late Fee: $20/day

If you return a Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear (such as rips, exposed silicone, misshapen silicone) then you will be charged the price for replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Original Retail Value price for the Product.
